Join the Philly Parking Sign rant

I've heard that Chester folks don't go to Philly. I don't believe that at all. I doubt if I'm the only Chester guy who got a parking ticket in Philly because I misinterpreted a parking sign. It's amazing how much clearer those signs become after you're slapped with a $36 ticket. The days of taking a chance and parking illegally because a ticket is cheaper than the parking garage is over.
