Introduction to Government Marketing


Marketing Your goods or services to any level of government (federal, state, or local) is often quite different than doing so in the commercial marketplace. 

This introductory seminar will show you how to prepare for what is often a long term marketing effort.

The Widener SBDC/PTAC Introduction to Government Marketing seminar will cover how to market to Federal and State level government agencies. This updated program will include an overview of the new Federal vendor registration requirements and the PA Small Business Procurement Initiative. Changes in the PA requirements for certification of minority, women and veteran businesses will also be presented.

Learning how selling to government agencies can present the opportunity to grow or diversity your company's revenues.

  • Sources of information and business resources
