William 'Rocky' Brown employee of the year

In an all-campus election, William “Rocky” Brown, M.A., D.D., of Chester was named Community Hospital’s employee of the year.

Brown is a state-certified drug, alcohol and gambling addiction counselor. He is also the Republican candidate running against state Rep. Thaddeus Kirkland, D-159 of Chester, this fall.
