I am wondering if this state of emergency would be in effect if the Soccer Stadium opening wasn't happening...Chester needs camera's at every single traffic light and gun buy-back programs like every other major city in the USA...SMDH!
I'm not selling my gun. That's what the criminals would like to know, the guns are all bought back. No way! There is a great expense installing cameras at every intersection. How do you propose to pay for the cameras, the installation, the monitoring and maintantence? LW
