Tina Johnson says...


“We weren’t getting what we needed politically from the leadership that was there. I realized that I needed to stop complaining about it and run for the office,” she said. “Look at the last 18 years and ask yourself, how much has changed? And the change you see, has it really impacted you, your family, the community as a whole? Do we have stronger community, a stronger educational system? Have we addressed the ex-offender re-entry issue, and have we really taken into account the overall environment we’ve been living in? I’m running because there is so much that has to be done that can be done.”

  1. Maybe if she was here for the past 18 years...maybe she would know what has changed on the state level since Thaddeus has been in office.
