Joe Bail is back

This blog has so many posts that it doesn't take long for them to get buried (a new redesign will soon address that issue).

Somehow, the Feb 13 'Joseph Bail no longer Chief of Police' post has caught the attention of a lot of commentors this week.

  1. It is definitely worth reading through that thread. It contains links to information that the citizens of Chester should probably know. In fact, the information should be brought to the attention of the local media. There is a story there, and it is a sordid one to say the least.

    1. Why is it a sordid story that Joe Bail is now Commissioner Bail instead of Chief bail?

Joe Bail has been kicking ass and taking names in Chester for a long time. Whether he is called Commissioner, Chief or Mr isn't about to change that.

    2. Looks like John Giduck's past is catching up to him...he's tied to a group that the Washington Times reports may have bombed a US Embassy:

How will Joe Bail justify not only consulting for a guy that is linked to a group that reportedly may have bombed a US Embassy but also brought that same guy to consult for Chester, PA? Someone needs to held accountable.

Two guys without security clearances and strong ties to Russian intelligence officials and a group that reportedly bombed a US Embassy want to establish an "international intelligence section" in Chester, PA...perhaps the real reason might be to pass even more stuff to the Russians?

  2. All of these comments are certainly interesting to say the least. This sounds like something we should all be looking into. Has anyone contacted the Mayor yet?

  4. I agree. The idea that Chester PD needs an international intelligence unit, belies belief. This is a scam. Bail is using it to further his personal off duty international travel, to help with his books. Explain yourself Bail.

  5. Lets' face it, Chester is a number one contender now.. for the money draw .It has all the vice's and or problems that come with it .Like all the other cities that have money drawing powers. And a whole new clientel of different enthnic groups. From horse racing , to soccer , to casinos. yeah, we need a international intelligence unit . But first can we get a S.W.A.T team to handle this violence from these "domestic" people. You cant even handle the local crime.

  6. Number one contender for what?! How about just having a robust and active police force that enforces the laws and cuts down on the vast amount of crime that's making Chester one of the most crime-ridden cities in America? An international intelligence unit isn't going to help stop the random violence and theft associated with drugs that's going on. All it does is help line the Commish's pockets.

  7. Didn't Joe Bail throw his own father under the bus a number of years back when the elder Bail was Chester Police Chief?
