Chester Fund Charter School marching on Harrisburg

On Thursday, January 26th, the Chester Upland School Board voted unanimously against The Chester Fund’s charter school application. 

We are going to Harrisburg to appeal our case. 

We need to collect 1,000 signatures on a petition.
