As I was leaving the house for work at 3:45am, I saw the police cars on 9th and Kerlin. I also saw people getting food at the Chinese store at 9th and Lincoln.

ReplyDeletecommissioner joe bail in a recent news release stated that over the years, this location has been a hotbed of activity. numerous assaults, shooting etc. i'm sure that most of these incidents happen well after the midnight hour!!. this location probably has more criminal activity then any other location in the city.
when a serious crime is comminted in chester (murder). it is well investigated by the chester police detectives. maybe someone should take the time and look into why all this activity is taken place at 823 kerlin street.
SOLUTIONS ???

Deleteor a Police Commissioner, Joe Bail, who rather then use funds to stop the violence instead hires his buddy, John Gidick, as a International Terrorism consultant, for the Police Departments new International Terrorism Unit...just saying. What are your thoughts Mr. Mayor?
