I heard plenty of conversation about the January 12 speech President Obama delivered at the memorial service for the victims of the shooting in Tucson. It took a few days before I read the transcript and a day after that to see the speech for myself.
Here is my favorite line. What was yours?
...what matters is not wealth, or status, or power, or fame – but rather, how well we have loved, and what small part we have played in bettering the lives of others.
