Soul Train Awards, Academy Awards, and MTV Video Music Awards are your favorites, with a couple votes for the Grammys, Espys, and NAACP Awards.
I don’t watch the award shows, but I did record the Soul Train Awards and found them very entertaining. I think, I only counted 3 awards presented besides the ‘legend’ tributes.
The show was more of a concert than a traditional award program. Imagine the Academy Awards showing movie clips all night. We’d never get to see those great gowns.
