Detroit's school district problems mirror Chester's

From reading the book 'Rather Outspoken', I learned that Dan Rather created a show on Mark Cuban’s AXS television network (pronounced Axis).

I’ve watch quite a few of the 'Dan Rather Reports' episodes (and there are a lot of them) but the one I just saw was the most jarring. 

‘A National Disgrace’ is a 2 hour episode reporting on the failed Detroit Public School system.  

If your cable carrier has AXS.tv I’m sure it will air again. On DirecTV it’s channel 340.
