I'm a digital subscriber to the Delaware County Daily Times, The Philadelphia Inquirer, and the Philadelphia Daily News. I love reading the 'paper' on my computer or smart phone just as it appears in paper from where ever I may be at the time.
Usually, it's the Daily Times first since that takes the least time to read, then the Daily News next because it's so fun to read, then the Inquirer to get the main course.
On those rare days when the Philly papers carry a Chester story, it's always an eye opener. Today is no exception.
