The PA Department of Agriculture’s Deputy Secretary of Agriculture, Mathew Meals will be the featured speaker at the 2012 Delaware County Extension Annual Meeting on Thursday, November 1, 2012. The meeting will be held at the Garrett-Williamson Foundation Lodge on Bishop Hollow Road in Newtown Square and the theme will be the PA 4-H Centennial.
Mr. Meals will be speaking on “Pennsylvania Agriculture – the Next Hundred Years.” We will also be honoring some outstanding 4-H members, volunteers, and board members that evening and desserts will be served.
The public is welcome to attend. Registration is required and there is a small registration fee. Contact the Delaware County Extension office at 610-690-2655 for more information.
