Qualified students from Widener University Child Development Center and the Nicholas School will receive scholarships totaling $85,000 through Pennsylvania’s Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) program.
The funding for the scholarships was provided through a donation by Aetna to the Bravo Foundation.
Bravo Foundation is an educational scholarship organization and is recognized as an approved 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization. The foundation’s mission is to aggressively seek scholarship opportunities for families throughout Pennsylvania.
Since its inception, the foundation has been instrumental in distributing nearly $6 million in scholarships to families in need.
Senator Dominic Pileggi and State Rep Nicholas Micozzie will assist in the check presentation on Thursday, January 19 at the Widener Child Development Center.

The Bravo Foundation has helped my family educate in the private school system insttead of having to settle for the CUSD education for a few years now. There is help out there, you just have to look for it and apply yourself.
