SURVEY RESULTS: Will Chester-Upland schools open in January?

74%        Yes
25%        No

We’ve got a lot of optimistic people in Chester if they think teachers will work for no pay.  At least that’s what they say the issue is.

    Teachers not working for pay is the issue? I thought the district needed 18 million in advance because they mismanaged funds? Are teachers the only people getting paid in the district????
