New super needed at Chester Upland


It’s a shame Dr. Thornton couldn’t stay. I have not seen a hint of progress in the school district since he left.
Am I the only one who feels this way?

    You are not the only one who feels this way. Just how long will it be before the CUSD becomes no more and Charter Schools become the top runner..

    I really don't understand how Charter Schools work. I do know that the school district has to break off a piece of their budget to the Charters. So, I guess there will always have to be a public school system for a Charter to exist.
