When St. Rep. Kirkland's staff shows up to work tomorrow, they will see a note from Delaware County informing them that the building owner of 401 Ave of the States, from whom Kirkland rents space, is in jeopardy of having his building sold on September 14th unless the taxes are paid.
The owner isn't St. Rep Kirkland, but something better be done soon or he'll have to move again.
