Chester YWCA announce tolietry drive


The YWCA Chester is pleased to announce it has partnered with Neumann University nursing students to conduct a toiletry drive on behalf of the Sisters of St. Francis.  

This ministry of caring provides soap, lotion, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and deodorant to women in the Baltimore prison system.  

Now through Monday, August 1, 2011, all donations can be placed in the designated collection bin located in the lobby at the YWCA Chester, 4 East 7th Street, Chester, PA 19013.  
On Wednesday, July 20th at 6:30pm Ms. Breakley along with other nursing students from Nuemann University will be at the YWCA Chester to share information about the importance of this toiletry initative, the importance of your involement and other community health related concerns.

This program is free to the community however the YWCA Chester annual memberships are also available which is a great way to learn about other programs, services and events being offered.
