Kirkland hearing addresses Education changes

On Thursday, April 20, 2011 at 10:00 am State Representative Thaddeus Kirkland along with the House Democratic Policy Committee will be hosting a hearing on Senate Bill 1.  The hearing will take place at the Chester Fine Arts Center East, 17 E. 7^th Street, Chester. 

Senate Bill 1 is a proposed bill that focuses on changes in the education system that targets low performing school districts.
