I hope you will report on the positive events and changes happening in the City of Chester. There are positive events in the City. Maybe the view of Chester will change if the information is more balanced. Crime is not the only thing happening in the City. Many of of children are doing positive thing and doing well in school. If you read the mainstream media you would never know it. Please present a more balanced view of the City.
