One line caught my eye...And police take pains to note that, while gangs at one time were thought to focus on the city’s thriving illegal drug trade, with many of the street shootings stemming from related turf wars, the groups’ deadly tentacles now reach much deeper than that.
Does Chester still have a thriving illegal drug trade? Word on the street is that drug money in Chester has dried up. Personally, I don’t think selling ‘dime’ bags is considered a thriving drug trade.
