Everybody knows who is selling and suppling drugs...

Who is the anonymous person who sent this blog a comment with names and license plates numbers of alleged drug dealers? You know I can't post that stuff.

In a city with a 'do not snitch' mentality, when we finally have someone who has something to share, please encourage them to share that info with the police, not the C-City Blogger.

Anyone who has crime information can call the city’s anonymous tipline at 610-447-7810.

  1. Got news for you, the city and the police were already alerted...did nothing, absolutely nothing...in fact the Mayor was called, Floyd Lewis was called too...nothing, absolutely nothing...any other suggestions?

  2. Well come election time, the citizens need to vote vote vote and make the mayor's office work for us like they are supposed too

  3. I guess your "nope" is also part of the mentality of not snitching too...what, are you afraid you might become a meaningful citizen by passing along info...since you cant publish it, maybe you should reach out to Butler and Lewis...afterall, since you are part of the bureaurocrappers they might listen to you...they damn sure dont listen to no one else...especially those of us who actually try to break the no snitch mentality and get some of the dealeers and drugs at least off the streets.

  4. Danyel come election time Chester will do what chester have always done, reelect the same dumbasses that they have elected for years...this is not just a no snitch town but a town that do not value life and well being. The sad idea that "they are my cousins" do not address the problems we face. Damn the cousin, elect and demand effective government. Start by tearing down boarded up houses at the owners expense. At least that will clean things up and generate revenue to further assist in slowing crime...at least that will give some residents jobs...this town do not want to address crime...butler is a joke...and until the town stop playing politics with peoples lives crime will remain on the rise...

  5. Nope. You must have me confused with someone else. Bureaucrapper I ain't. I wouldn't know Lewis if he was right in front of me and I often believe many in city government wish I'd go away. I passed ur snitch to Phil Heron, editor of the Daily Times, who told me I couldn't post it without verifying the info first. If you shared that info with the police lets hope they are doing an investigation. That's what they do.

  6. Look these are powerful comments but let's be fair or at least objective. The snitch gave the information to the Mayor and the Police Chief before going to Roots and they did nothing. They went to the top first. That should have been their last and only stop. If they won't do something, who can? Who is running this city anyway?

  7. Honestly, in response to your post I think the people running this city are the people who own the casino and the stadium and the trash recycle, the people with the money....who could care less about the citizens and only care about making it safe for their patrons and ability burn other states trash here....and the PTB are on board because they benefit financially.

  8. Stefan your approach to this entire discussion is interesting. You passed the info of crime, in a majority minority town, to a white man in media who could care less about the city. No snitch is crap and everyone knows it...is was given a boost because of media, yet you send info to media...What exactly has Phil Heron done for the city except to criticize it? What has Media done for Chester except to further exhaust what little resources the city generate? Law enforcement and other agencies use snitches all the time to solve crime...yet you and those like you keep publishing "no snitch" as if it is some law on the books that if you violate you are prosecuted to the maximum allowable extent of the law...get over it...it is thug talk. When you give meaning to thug living you bolster their presence...have chester turned into Al Quaida and the thugs are now our inner city Bin Ladens? If we are to have a lively and meaningful discussion lets begin by removing fearmongering and suggesting that "no snitch" is a way of life...it is not, it is marginalizing and demeaning to our lives and future...Phil Heron will do nothing and the city will continue to operate as is unless information like this is taken serious and politrips dont hide behind "no snitch" and do their jobs...problem is, when you arrest those you know are dealers and suppliers, you arrest your brother, friend, husband, wife and employer.

  9. Honestly said...

Thank you for your comments. It is nice to see that there are more than just a few that want to think out of the box. If no snitch is the accepted norm then we must find a vehicle to combat the status quo mindset. If you start to publish areas where suppliers and dealers operate then you begin to address the issue and flip the script on no snitch...if there is no honesty among thieves then why should there be a degree of integrity and maintenance of no snitch mentality?

  10. One final comment. My father always said, you lay with dogs you will get fleas. Well, you allow dealers and suppliers to run free without even being bothered...you get no snitch...there is no balance in this, only an increase in violence and crime...the people, not the politrips, need to march on chester and through the "hot spots" that the mayor labeled and demand that this city government clean up the areas without exception. Until this issue become national and the rise of homocide be address we will continue to spit in the wind. How can you keep a lid on crime if it has already spiraled out of control...can you answer that Wendel, Floyd, Thaddeus, Poleggi, Pastors, Preachers, Stephan, Phil and anyone else...dont smile for the camera, but run for cover when it is time for action. Are you on the take too?

  11. Let's start over. A concerned citizen has information about an alleged drug dealer. The citizen gave the information to the police. The citizen passed the information to this blog in a comment. The information included a name and 2 licence plate numbers. The citizen is upset that i wont post this information. After consulting an experienced newspaper editor, i was informed that without verifying the information I may be breaking a law. Since none of us know who the anonymous citizen is who is providing the info and have no means to verify it, I told citizen that I have no other suggestions. Although I believe citizen has good info, I would feel really bad if one of those license plates belonged to an innocent person. I hope citizen is putting some effort in getting results from the police who have investigation power. To post this type of information on this blog from an anonymous submission would be foolish and probably criminal. Call me a whimp but I'm not letting anyone named anonymous get me in trouble.

  12. Ok! Stefan you know by now I am not your #1 fan anymore but you know I am not going to lie to you or anyone. I don't need to so I go by Honestly so you can make a connection when I respond to your blogs. That said.

Stefan I believe you did the right thing.

Danyel thanks for your response. I liked it!

Whoever the anonymous is who commented for me don't do it again. You don't speak for me.
