The latest Chester City Blog survey gave you a chance to vote whether you felt the SoE was called because of Chester’s murder wave in June or because of the opening of Chester’s PPL Park, home of the Philadelphia Union professional soccer team.
The survey concluded with 59 saying it’s the Murders and 34 saying it’s the Stadium (63% vs 37%).
Some say that ‘Figures Lie and Liars Figure’. We’ll accept those results as official but overnight one night last week the Murders numbers increased significantly, as if someone ‘stuffed the ballot box’. Normally there are a few votes per day and to see a couple dozen votes between midnight and 4 am seemed unusual.
Regardless, thanks for your great participation. A lot of eyes are watching these surveys and the more folks that vote the better.
