Wise Use of Credit Cards Workshop

Chester, PA — June 2 — Did you know that Americans used over 576 million credit cards to make an average of $20 billion in purchases in 2009?

As of May 2010, each household with a credit card has a staggering average of $15,788 in credit card debt, according to CreditCards.com.

Discover the “Wise Use of Credit Cards” at the J. Lewis Crozer Library on Tuesday, June 15th, from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m.

The Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Delaware Valley will discuss the use and misuse of credit cards, help you to understand credit terms and conditions, uncover costs associated with cards, and demonstrate how to find the right card for your needs.

This presentation is free and open to the public. Light refreshments will be served.
