The current Chester Microentereprise Business Skills Class for Entrepreneurs gathered at the Philadelphia Development Partnership (PDP) offices for their first annual Summer Biz ConneXions. This networking event was an informational opportunity for the class to join discussions with staff and other business owners. In addition, the event served as a conduit to build a coalition among PDP’s clients. PDP’s clients (small business owners) from a wide variety of industries were there and have used each of PDP’s services, including microloans, traditional loans, peer group program, technical services (classes & workshops), and networking events.
