Chester business says No Hoodies!

Would you patronize a Chester business that has a 'No Hoods' policy? A lot of people continue to support this popular hoagie joint.

    The sign says no Hoods. No big deal. We have bigger problems.

    Banks also have a rule no hoods, hats or sunglasses. It is for safety of their employees. I dont have a problem with it at all.
