Chester official Elizabeth Williams cleared by District Attorney in pool cash flap


Chester Councilwoman Elizabeth Williams will not face criminal charges for allegedly removing money from a cash box at the city’s Memorial Park swimming pool last summer.

District Attorney Jack Whelan said he personally found the matter “silly.”

I totally agree with the DA on that one.
