Whatever happened to quality investigative reporting? The Daily Times reporters need to make some effort to verify the accuracy of so-called facts and figures they report. I realize it takes motivation to follow-up on details, but the readers deserve to have accurate facts. It's not my place to tell you what errors have been printed, but I will say that you should use a bigger shovel to dig deeper into Whitney White.
What is there to investigate? It is 'your place' to report errors. Newspapers make corrections based on errors and mistakes all the time.
If there is something you feel should be addressed, give the newspaper information and I'm sure they'd investigate if it's something juicy...especially if it will sell more papers. Selling papers is their motivation.
They don't investigate anything unless they have a reason to.
