As you recall, a reader offered five 3-year subscriptions of Black Enterprise Magazine to 10th grade Chester High students to be awarded based on essay submissions.
When I got no takers the first time, the reader was gracious enough to extend the offer.

I won’t blame the students, but I reached out via the blog and directly to a few teachers hoping they could get the word out.
Either the word didn’t get out, the students weren’t interested, or they got my email address wrong.

We’ll see how many takers we get for that.
