School District Budget Hearing and Prayer tonight

The Ministers of Chester will convene for prayer at 5:30 pm before the School District Budget Hearing 6:00 pm at Chester High School.

    Did anyone attend? From the Delcotimes account, the hearing was no different than the community meeting on June 1. Can anyone explain the difference?
