It looks like Rondae Jefferson wasn’t one of the 12 players selected to represent the United States on the USA Basketball Under 16 Team.
However, the fact that he earned a spot to tryout with the other 25 top players in his class is an amazing testament to the respect he has across the country.
After a week in the Rockies playing against the best of the best, he'll come back knowing where he stands.
I’m sure he represented well and will come home even more committed to perfecting his craft in preparation for another run to the state championships.
