Chester grad Burton determined to dodge the odds

Here we go again. Two days in a row a story on Delcotimes.com of someone who got in trouble with drugs and is trying to get it together.


Where are the stories about kids who didn't get in trouble and are keeping it together?

Is it even possible for our youth to learn lessons from folks who do good?

    Yes, maybe they just need to seek them out.

    There are currently some stellar students from Chester High School who are pillars in the Widener University community - students who hail from Chester and are doing very well- academically, athletically and socially - leadership quality individuals, that I hope SOMEONE/or some reporter will take notice of and cover how, with their humble beginnings, they are making a difference- no trouble, no records, no infractions...just great people.
