Local author Elizabeth Fisher will discuss her new cookbook, "Dining with the Dollar Diva," and will have dishes to taste. Discover economical and easy-to-prepare recipes where each ingredient costs only $1.00 or less! The cookbook will be available for signing and purchase.
Ms. Fisher has been featured in the local media, including a recent Annette John-Hall column in the "Philadelphia Inquirer." Most recently, she appeared on the CW’s “Talk Philly” show demonstrating how to prepare her delicious Tilapia Rollups.
