These districts view school choice as a bad thing because it robs them of their students so they lose state money. But some people want the best for their kids so they do what they have to do. Parents need school choice so they can put their kids into the school they want legally. Why should they have to be trapped in a segregated district where the peer pressure is to run the halls and to do harm?
