Rosetta Carter appointed to The Pennsylvania Women Commission Board

Rosetta Carter, long time political advocate and elected Pennsylvania Democratic State Committee Member was recently appointed to The Pennsylvania Women Commission Board.  The term of the appointment is two years. The Pennsylvania Women Commission advocates against discrimination for Women and Girls across the State of Pennsylvania. 
 
She is presently the Chair of The National Congress of Black Women Delco Chapter and the former Vice-Chair of The Pennsylvania Democratic Woman's Caucus.  She also serves as an Associate Minister at The First Pentecostal Holy Church, Chester, PA.
 
Rosetta Carter presently works as an Accountant Executive for Tri-State Enterprises and is a graduate of Widener University and Dartmouth College Amos Tuck Executive Program.
 
Also, on Sunday , December 5, 2010, at the Ramada Inn, Essington, Pa., she will be the recipient of The Legend Award from The Annual Books for Tots Dinner Banquet.
