How to read deceptive pomegranate juice lables

I started skimming an article on the benefits of pomegranate (Chinese apple) juice and there was a link pointing to the best juices.

What I didn't expect to find was the best lesson on how to read product labels. It's amazing how deceptive product names, photos, descriptions, and  labels can be. Some of the top brands stretch the truth the most.

  1. First thing is, "look at the price". You will never get virtually pure pomegranate juice at a bargain price. Like most products on the market, you HAVE to read the labels. That whole 'serving' size and how many servings are in a container throws many people off.
