What to do about high school dropouts?

Now I'm curious.

The article starts out with the statement: The statistics for those who’ve dropped out of high school in Delaware County paint a not-so-bright future and nine private and public entities are hosting a day and a half summit to help them transform their status in the community.

A stat was provided: There are about 3,700 high school dropouts between 16 and 24 years old in Delaware County.

And then there's a comment: It’s not just a city of Chester issue...

To me, that last statement implies that everyone assumes that this Delaware County summit was conducted for the city of Chester?

Now I'm curious...what is the break down of dropouts by Delaware County high schools? Does anyone know?
