CHESTER, PA - The Better Living Center (BLC) today announced that it had partnered with the Rocky Run YMCA to again bring a YMCA Summer Camp to Chester during the summer of 2014. Camp Journey will run from June 16 – August 29, 2014. The summer camp will be held the Better Living Center, located at 501 Yarnall Street (near 6th and Yarnall) in Chester, PA. The Camp provides a safe and productive environment for kids ages 6-14. “With all the bad news coming out of Chester, it is really good to know that our kids will have a safe and fun place to grow and learn in the neighborhood this year”, states BLC Program Director Nina Munn.
Financial aid, CCIS and scholarships are available. Chester and DELCO residents are encouraged to call before all the allotted slots are taken. The Better Living Center is dedicated to providing resources and information to the residents of Chester and DELCO to empower residents to improve their lives.
