When you do nothing to promote a good reputation, people will compare to your bad reputation.

“Pottstown is becoming another Chester, PA,” North Hanover Street resident Dianne Krumm told borough council at its Wednesday night work session.Mayor Sharon Thomas said “a lot of these things track with poverty. And when you have poverty and joblessness and hopelessness people react.”
