Our last recycle report in July 2013 indicated that Chester recycles only 2.5% of its trash but was seeking a grant to obtain recycle containers for every household.
If the grant was awarded "as the result of the city’s successful recycling performance in 2013", I'm curious what the new percentage is. Aren't you?
Hopefully, this grant money is earmarked for recycle containers for every household. That could make 2014 a banner recycle year.
