Since Ta-Nehisi Coates appeared in Chester in October, he has written the most talked about article in all of the publishing world with his 16,000 word prolegomenon in 'The Atlantic' on reparations (“The Case for Reparations”).
Who would have thought someone would compare that article to the situation in Chester, past and present.
