Answer: Drake Nakaishi is the new Chester Economic Development Authority (CEDA) director coming to us with years of experience in the lobbying and healthcare field.
This is Chester's new 'go to' guy for business growth and development. Hopefully, this 4th director in less then two years will be the answer.
Are you kidding me! The best they could do is a health care lobbyist? This city has real issues around economic development. Why didn't they talk with some of the people that helped turn the city around or at least get someone from another city that knows how to do economic development. Healthcare lobbyist, Really!
