Chester ends their Del Val League schedule with a resounding 98-50 decision of the host Chichester Eagles. With tonight's win Chester's record improves to 16-4 overall and 8-2 in the League.
In the fourth period, senior Brewster Ward produced a career highs with 10 points and 7 rebounds. Junior forward Quran Foreman also enjoyed a career high of 8 points with two treys. Ten of the 11 Chester players who saw action in the contest placed their name in the scoring column. Sophomores Khaleeq Campbell (8) and Marquis Collins (7) were joined by freshman Jamar Sudan (5) to complete Chester's scoring.
Chester will participate in the PrimeTime Shootout at Roselle Catholic High School in Roselle, NJ this weekend when they take on Lakewood (NJ) on Saturday, February 8th and Union Catholic (NJ) on Sunday February 9th. Tip-off is scheduled for 2:00 on Saturday and 12:00 on Sunday.
The Clippers will used this weekend to prepare themselves for the upcoming District-1 Tournament. The District Seeding meeting is slated for Sunday, February 9th and the matchups will be announced on Sunday evening.
