Celebrating African-American Scientists and Inventors

Grand Hank presents the ultimate historical event "Celebrating African-American Scientists and Inventors Through Live STEM Demonstrations at First District Plaza in Philadelphia, PA on Saturday, February 22, 2014.

This family event is designed for children of all ages. The goal is to introduce, highlight and reinforce student’s understanding of the important contributions made to Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) by African-Americans.

The Community Resource Fair offers the opportunity for organization in our community to share program information with attendees before and after the presentation on African-American Scientists and Inventors.
Presented by internationally renowned, successful African-American scientist Grand Hank.
