Fed up with the negative portrayal of African-American relationships in mainstream media, power couple Lamar and Ronnie Tyler made it their mission to bring about positive conversations around marriage in the Black community.
Through their award-winning site BlackandMarriedWithKids.com the duo have attracted a growing fan base of individuals who are inspired and empowered by a site that provides positive images of Black marriage. Through tactical marketing and advertising efforts and strategic partnerships, the Tyler's have been able to grow what started as a passion project into an international brand, and have even earned a spot on the 2012 Ebony Power 100 list.
