Is this place ever going to open?
In a city that doesn't do a great job with small business signage (not you Peter's Market), I would never image that Charlie B's Texas Bar-B-Q would take so long to open after teasing us with his great window display all summer.
Food gets me excited and my mouth has been watering for a new place to sit down, eat some ribs, and listen to some good music. You'd think with all this talk of revitalizing downtown Chester, folks would be doing whatever it takes to get this place up and jumping long before now.
I wonder if the delay has something to do with the incredibly botched June to October building demolition of the Sleeper's College that took place next door to this site. Now that the site is mostly cleared, can we finally get some ribs up-in-here?
If anyone knows (or cares) why there has been such a long delay in opening, please share.
