Joe Kane for City Council?

Joe Kane has submitted a letter to the Chester/Community Spirit editor on his platform to run for Chester city council. 

 However, I don't think Joe has four sons and I know Joe doesn't live in Chester.

 Will we see Joe Kane on Tuesday's ballot, or is this all a joke? Who knows the skinny on this one?

      Sorry. I will not type the letter here. I'm not sure it wasn't a hoax. I wonder if the letter came from the Independent candidate who does have 4 boys. It's a shame if his name was mistakenly confused with another. I'm surprised the Chester/Community Spirit people didn't stop to question the name. Or, maybe they did.
