When I comes to issue with the schools, I get confused, and this topic adds to my head scratching (and it's not due to psoriasis.)
Can anyone explain how students from last year will receive extra education through June 2015?
- The Chester Upland School District will provide more than 20,000 hours of compensatory education to special education students.
- Chester Upland will mail notices to parents documenting the hours of compensatory services their child is eligible to receive.
- The services also provide compensation for students whose progress reports during the 2012-13 school year revealed “no progress” toward any Individual Educational Plan goal for two straight marking periods.

the LACK of comments on this post is a DIRECT correlation to the apathy that exists when it comes to the parental involvement in ensuring chester's children are educated. folx will post ad infinitum about cheerleading, basketball, council member's spectacles, etc., but the silence on this page regarding this topic is DEAFENING!
