CHESTER- Department of Parks, Public Property, and Recreation Director, Councilwoman Elizabeth Williams is set to unveil continued improvements to Chester’s parks this Tuesday, June 25th at 2:00PM with a ribbon cutting ceremony inside Chester Park on Edgemont Avenue, Chester PA (E. Elkington Ave and Houston Streets).
This ceremony will mark the unofficial open of the summer park season with several important announcements to be made regarding the vigorous upcoming entertainment schedule. Local talent will present a short performance to mark the occasion.
