The Community Room Rental Fee for Chester Residents is now $400.00. Non- Residents is now $650.00. A $100.00 deposit is required to secure your date.

Application Fee. There is a $50.00 license fee for any Parade, Mass Gathering or Special Event you would like to hold in the City of Chester. Special Events are defined as any gathering for any reason where it is reasonably expected to have One Thousand or more people attending the gathering at any one time.
Mass Gatherings are defined as any gathering of persons at a parade, carnival, circus, traveling show, music festival, flea market, or any other similar gathering of a group of persons. Parades are defined as a march or procession of any kind.
When considering holding a Parade, Mass Gathering or Special Event in the City of Chester, you will need to obtain an application for an event license. Please contact Joy Clark (610) 447-7724 for further instructions.
